Answers to common questions about pricing and billing.
Unlike our competitors, we only calculate attendees once per event and based on unique visitors that verified their account by logging in at least once to the platform. Attendees that have been invited but don't show up, aren't expensed.
Within the 12-month license you can host unlimited events and there are no variable attendee costs as long as you don't exceed 1.000 unique visitors per event.
If you're also planning an event with more than 1.000 unique visitors, you can buy prepaid credits or pay for on-demand credits to cover
the amount of unique attendees outside of your 1.000 limit. It’s
cheaper to buy prepaid credits in advance.
We only calculate the price per attendee once per event. The only way multi-day events affect the pricing is if you want us to provide additional support in the form of Helpdesk Agents, Project Management Services or Hosts.
If you purchase your attendee credits up-front, you'll get a better price. If you want to pay solely based on who actually showed up then you can be billed after the event for the actual number of verified users. Prepaid credits come with additional volume discounts.

The Essentials Plan is great for short format livestreams, like Town Halls, Webinars, Earnings Calls or Studio Broadcasts. We've stripped out the additional features that are relevant for conferences, community building or multi-day events.
The Premium Plan is perfect for conferences or event series that require richer features, community-building or gamification to keep attendees engaged. Most of our clients have a premium plan to take advantage of custom homepage designs.
The Enterprise Plan is for clients that like to have complete control over the product and want to build, adapt or change parts of the existing platform functionality to perfectly suit their needs. This is essentially custom development.
