World Forum The Hague
World Forum The Hague is an international conference center in The Hague that can host up to 5,000 international visitors.

Managing all of your broadcast streams in one branded virtual meeting center
Between the city and beach, World Forum The Hague is an ideal location for hosting international conferences, given their unique combination of a multifunctional auditorium, 35 breakout rooms, a large exhibition area and optional recording studios.
In 2023, the team asked us to help them configure a co-branded online meeting center for congresses. Any time a congress organiser has a virtual component to their event, the platform functions as a central place for accessing all of the livestreams, online breakout sessions and relevant event documentation. Each event is subsequently co-branded with the organiser.
